Textures, Lines, and Shapes

Geometric or organic, fabricated by man or produced by nature, incredible patterns and designs sprawl across surfaces in all reaches of the globe — and beyond.  Lines, dots, and shapes, whether rigid in structure or seemingly haphazard, form fascinating features that may be observed at close range or with a wider perspective. The pleasing balance of positive and negative space created by deliberately placed architectural beams, the flaking of paint on a single square inch of one board, and the grain of the wood underneath all have equal capacity to enrapture a viewer.
